Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager Location: Stamford, CT Salary: $170,000 – $190,000 Responsibilities Creation, maintenance and oversight of all financial, statistical and operational reporting generated from the Finance department. Development and maintenance of monthly reporting package to executives and management. Supervise designated FP & A staff and the department’s analytical outputs. Support all members of the finance department with data and analytical support. Together with the information systems department, understand the various data structures within various applications and how to extract said data. Assist in forecasting and analyzing profitability of service lines throughout the organization. Oversight of hospital productivity benchmarking systems including routine maintenance, reporting and review of departmental productivity with leaders. Perform special projects as requested. Manage and supervise assigned staff. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, Budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 6 years progressive work experience in a hospital accounting or finance department. Strong data analytics skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Epic a plus.
