No weekends; No holidays; No call

The Radiology RNs provide pre/post procedural care to imaging outpatients and provide cardiac monitoring to both in-patients and out-patients.

  • Procedures include but are not limited to: MRIs, CTs. Lumbar punctures, mylegrams, ESIs.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
  • Experience: Cardiac monitoring/Rhythm assessment is required, Needs to be highly proficient in IV insertions. IV Ultrasound competency is a plus.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • Preferred Certifications: ACLS
  • Other: Patient assessment skills and communications skills are essential.
