About the Role- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients with speech and language problems.
- Work collaboratively with the patient's healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop goals for therapy.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient communication skills.
- Communicate regularly with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure and certification in Speech Therapy.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Speech Therapist in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
