About the Role: We're looking for a Front of House Manager to join our Gainesville teamsomeone who leads with heart, thrives on great service, and is eager to grow with us. This role is perfect for a high-potential individual who may not have tons of experience yet but brings strong people skills, a desire to learn, and a natural presence in the dining room. You'll be hands-on in the restaurant, supporting day-to-day operations with a focus on front-of-house excellence. That includes team leadership, a constant floor presence, and handling key admin tasks like scheduling and payroll assistance.
