Virtual Benefits Specialist (Work From Home) Location: Fully Remote – Georgia (Opportunities also available for Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, or Tennessee residents.) If so, we want to connect with you About the Role As a Virtual Benefits Specialist with The Weatherspoon Agency (TWA), you will meet pre-qualified clients (no cold calling) to help them understand their supplemental benefits and ensure they have the coverage they need. This is a fully remote position ideal for motivated professionals who excel at customer service, time management, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Meet virtually with clients via Zoom to review their benefits options Educate clients on available coverage and help them make informed decisions Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction Manage your schedule and stay organized in a remote setting Participate in training and leadership development opportunities Why Join Our Team? No prior license is needed to apply for Georgia residents We will guide you through the licensing process. We provide assistance in obtaining a temporary Georgia insurance producer license, giving you up to 15 months to meet the requirements for a permanent license while working with our agency. Out-of-state applicants: Open to residents of Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
