The role of the Pricing & Margin Director involves formulating competitive pricing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This position demands a blend of analytical skills, market insight, and strategic thinking to set commodity prices that maximize profit and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. The pricing manager closely with different departments—including marketing, sales, and finance—to develop and implement pricing models and strategies. This role involves understanding market dynamics, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to make informed pricing decisions. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with some remote flexibility. Annual salary range is $110,000 to $125,000, depending on skills and experience. Duties and Responsibilities Interacting with all departments and individual sales representatives. Daily, weekly, and monthly product and pricing margin analysis review. Collaborating with team members prior to margin updates within the pricing system. Skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to function well in a high‑paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including advanced pivot‑table skills. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
