Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Dallas, TX. About the Practice:

This established practice with 4 top-notch physicians have been serving women in the Dallas metro area for over 30 years. They have 1 practice location in Dallas that is adjacent to Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) where they perform their deliveries and GYN surgical procedures. BUMC is part of the Baylor, Scott, and White Medical System that connects multiple care centers across Texas. Their hospital provides the practice with a Level 4 NICU unit, the da Vinci robotic system, women's health subspecialists, and hospitalist support. There is a residency program at BUMC that takes 5 residents per year. Joining this practice is a great opportunity for a newly graduating resident physician to get solid mentorship and training in private practice. In addition, this practice can also assist an experienced physician looking to take their career to the next level.

Practice Highlights:

* Growing practice with a solid team of 4 physicians and an in-house sonographer
* 1 office location and 1 Hospital (Baylor University Medical Center) which has a Level 4 NICU, OB/GYN Hospitalist support, a residency program, women's health subspecialists, and multiple da Vinci robotic systems
* Many minimally invasive procedures are performed in the office or at an outpatient surgery center
* Practice physicians work as a team but the culture of the group allows a great deal of independence such as clinic template control and work-hour control
* Call is on average 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month
* Doctors currently work 4 days per week but this can be customized
* Patient Census: 20 /dailyon average
* Average of 10-20 deliveries per month
* Competitive salary and income guarantee
