Trade Compliance Analyst

This position requires 5 days/week onsite (no hybrid/remote option). Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Position Overview Seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to lead compliance activities of department. Ensure that all trade compliance requirements are met, including managing the international shipping process, handling export and import documentation, and overseeing the use of licenses, exceptions, and exemptions. Conduct internal audits, provide internal training, maintain internal trade compliance processes and policies, and ensure that compliance standards are consistently met. Work closely with Director of Global Trade Compliance to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of all trade activities at the site. Oversee trade compliance activities at the manufacturing location, ensuring full adherence to relevant export/import regulations. Ensure the proper documentation is in place for international shipments, including Commercial Invoices, Electronic Export Information (EEI), Air Waybill (AWB), export licenses, and any applicable exceptions or exemptions. Work closely with internal teams (logistics, shipping, legal, etc.) to ensure the smooth processing of shipments. Position Requirements Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Trade Compliance and/or Import/Export experience. Candidate should have a sense of urgency and be detail focused.
