Sales and Marketing Director - Senior Living Red Cedar Lodge | Lansing, MI LeaderStat is proud to partner with Continental Senior Communities in the search for a dynamic Community Relations Director to lead sales and outreach efforts at Red Cedar Lodge, a modern and thriving senior living community in Lansing, Michigan. About the Opportunity As the Community Relations Director, you’ll serve as the face of Red Cedar Lodge — connecting families, referral partners, and the greater Lansing community to a place residents are proud to call home. You’ll be responsible for: Developing and executing an effective marketing and sales strategy to drive occupancy and brand awareness Building strong, trusting relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources Managing leads and move-ins through the CRM system to ensure a seamless experience Collaborating with the Executive Director and leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience You’ll thrive here if you’re a motivated, relationship-driven professional who’s passionate about helping seniors and their families find the right fit.
