Their anesthesia team plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and safe surgical experience for every patient.Job DescriptionProvide safe, high-quality anesthesia for 100% outpatient surgical casesConduct pre-operative assessments and patient educationAdminister general, regional, or MAC anesthesia using the latest methods and technologyManage airways and ventilation, ensuring patient comfort and safetyMonitor post-anesthesia recovery and coordinate smooth transitions to dischargeCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to maintain efficiency and care standardsAdhere to all infection control and patient safety protocolsQualificationsCurrent CRNA certification by the NBCRNAMaster’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited programMinimum 1 year of CRNA experience (ambulatory surgery preferred)Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient settingComfortable providing anesthesia for both adult and pediatric patientsWhy You’ll Love Working HereFixed weekday schedule (7:30 a.m.–3:30/5 p.m.) with no weekends or callSupportive team of 6 CRNAs and 3 anesthesiologists7 weeks PTO built into salary, plus additional holidaysAnnual $10K performance bonus4 medical plans (one fully covered at employee level), dental, vision, and life insurance at no cost to you401(k) with 3% safe harbor and profit-sharing after one yearRelocation and sign-on bonuses availableProfessional growth and ongoing learning supported #J-18808-Ljbffr
