Join a growing, physician-owned practice with 4 locations and 35 physicians, supported by a Clinical Quality Manager, Care Managers, and Social Workers, emphasizing behavioral health and population health. The clinic currently has 3 family physicians, 3 pediatricians, and 3.5 nurse practitioners.
