Executive Recruiter – VP Practice Google’s recruiting team seeks an experienced executive recruiter to locate and hire top-level talent. The role is responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process, developing relationships with hiring managers, and leveraging analytics to improve execution. Locations you may indicate: Austin, TX, USA Atlanta, GA, USA Chicago, IL, USA Mountain View, CA, USA New York, NY, USA Seattle, WA, USA San Francisco, CA, USA Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process, working with internal and external research teams, and supporting applicants through the interview and offer process. 8+ years of hiring executives (e.g., VP+ talent). 5+ years of experience in the technology sector, either in a corporate environment or at an executive‑search firm. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience with AI/ML or cloud technologies. Experience partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high‑quality search deliverables, including internal executive researchers and external executive‑search firms. Your contributions will help attract and place Vice Presidents across Google’s technical portfolios. Responsibilities Provide guidance to clients in defining the executive technical talent and leadership needed to drive Google’s strategy. Act as a domain talent expert, offering assessments and insights based on a comprehensive view of the talent pool. Engage research teams, network relationships, and search resources to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit executive‑level applicants. Guide businesses throughout the search process, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional client service. Develop an understanding of each applicant’s leadership style, personal background, professional history, and overall fit for the role.
