We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our Inpatient Rehabilitation team as the Rehabilitation Director at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw, WA. This role is pivotal in an inpatient acute setting, overseeing rehabilitation services within a hospital that offers emergency services, a family birth center, general and specialty surgical services, and more. We are looking for someone with a passion for patient care, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster growth within our organization and the field of physical therapy.

Position Summary:
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physical therapists and support staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.
• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist in an inpatient acute setting.
• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current state licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
