Job Title: Assistant Manager Assistant Managers support store managers in hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences and overseeing all store operations. They are responsible for all primary duties when the store manager is absent. Primary Duties 30% Brand: Provides supervision and supports the direction of associates’ daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximizing sales/KPIs and driving customer loyalty. Ensures all brand standards are met, acts as main point of contact for customer issues, and analyzes store trends to anticipate demands. 30% People: Engages, trains, and develops the team to achieve results. Recruits candidates, coaches associates, holds team accountable to company policies, and maintains positive relations. Fosters diversity, inclusion, and belonging. 30% Operations: Ensures execution of company processes and supports digital strategies such as Omni‑channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS). Manages inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures. 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintains a safe environment, enforces policies, protects assets, and ensures compliance with HAZMAT training and other safety protocols.
