We are looking for an accomplished self‑motivated, and self‑starter to join our great team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator-2 (aka, Recruiting Coordinator) to work as part of an integrated team to deliver internal customer satisfaction and an outstanding candidate experience. You must be proactive, analytical/detailed oriented, skilled in MS applications and databases. You must have strong oral and written communications skills and above all, you must be dependable. As a member of M.C. Dean's TA team, you will provide a wide range of talent acquisition related activities in support of and in collaboration with your TA and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) hiring partners. This role is essential to M.C. Dean's success and reputation in that you will interact with candidates, external parties, and colleagues throughout the TA process to attract and hire high caliber talent to meet our business commitments.
