Position Summary

Enercon Industries, a dynamic mid-sized family company, stands as a global leader in manufacturing technical equipment for various industries. Renowned for our cutting-edge Induction Cap Sealers and Surface Treating equipment, we take pride in driving innovation and setting market standards. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of an Assembler.

Key Responsibilities:

As an entry-level Assembler at Enercon Industries, your primary role will be to assist in the assembly of mechanical and electrical systems under the supervision of experienced team members. You will focus on learning and performing basic assembly tasks, ensuring proper warehousing of parts, and maintaining quality control standards. You will report to the department's supervisor and will be expected to actively engage in 5S work and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Build Sub-assemblies through small bench top assembly work that may include minor wiring tasks, gluing, and/or use of hand tools and light power tools.
  • Work from blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure accurate parts.
  • Clock in and out accurately to reflect labor time in the ERP system.
  • Help organize and stock parts in the warehouse systematically.
  • Conduct basic quality control checks on components.
  • Participate in continuous improvement discussions and cross-training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Use of basic hand tools and small battery operated tools
  • Basic understanding of mechanical assembly or construction.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work productively and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Basic communication skills for collaboration.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
