As a Licensed Clinician with Thrive Alliance Group, youll provide therapeutic services that support the social-emotional and mental health needs of students in K12 settings. Youll work collaboratively with educators and families to promote insight, growth, and resilience, helping students overcome challenges that impact their learning and well-being. What Youll Need Masters degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field Active New Jersey Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential; LPC or LCSW preferred Knowledge of developmental theory, evidence-based interventions, and family systems Strong communication, documentation, and crisis intervention skills Commitment to continued professional development and best clinical practices What Youll Do Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions to support student and family growth Provide crisis assessments and interventions during emergent school-day situations Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including updates for IEPs, I&RS, and 504 plans Collaborate with educators and administrators to provide consultation, clinical insight, and staff support Why Youll Love Working Here Clinical supervision provided, along with dedicated administrative support CEU reimbursement to support your continuing education and licensure maintenance Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution Opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven, supportive team Thrive Alliance Group is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
