Key Responsibilities- Participate in the accounting of real estate investments
- Support preparation of SEC financial statements
- Prepare and review monthly accounting reconciliations
- Support review of property level reports from our fund administrator
- Participate in Tax and SOX meetings
- Support preparation of schedules for SEC filings
- Assist with special reports and other projects
- Finance and accounting passion
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
