Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, mergers & acquisitions, or investment banking in the consumer electronics, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications Experience operating within and across sales, product management, engineering, legal, finance, marketing, etc. to drive successful partnerships or projects. Experience in operation management to drive large-scale partnership operations. Experience identifying partners, analyzing and structuring complex agreements with a proven track record of success in negotiation and execution. Ability to balance competing tasks and manage multiple projects/agreements in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with our most important partners. You are right on the front line to establish, nurture, and expand key strategic relationships ensuring that they drive continued success for Google, our partners, and our advertisers. You will work closely with the Google Customer Solutions team, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, gTech, and Finance to implement impactful partnerships and manage existing strategic relationships. You’ll independently drive critical projects from beginning to end and develop a strategic perspective on the latest industry trends and market opportunities. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Manage and optimize ongoing partnership execution, lead operational management with partners and many cross-functional teams, and maintain operational excellence (e.g., establishing success metrics and enabling partners to achieve them, enforcing service level agreements, tracking and processing payments, and reporting on key metrics). Develop deep understanding of Google advertising products and strategy, in particular performance measurement products such as Enhanced Conversions for Lead, Tagging, and Google Tag Gateway. Discuss, launch, and implement new data partnerships that are set up for continued success through interaction with critical cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., onboarding, activation). Escalate operational issues and present recommendations to the management team. Drive strategic partnership growth plans, keep all stakeholders informed on key developments, and bring new opportunities to the partnership.
