Contribute to and maintain Operational Excellence initiatives.Effectively communicate with external customers and internal stakeholders across departments and sites.Provide mentoring and training to junior members of the team.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences/ Biotechnology and/or relevant experience in an industrial lab environment.5+ years of protein characterization in a lab setting.In-depth knowledge mass spectrometry techniques to analyze recombinant proteins and peptides.Good Knowledge of protein chemistry.A team player able to share knowledge with others and actively participate and lead scientific discussions with other members of the team and collaborators. Able to work independently and diligently to an established plan, prioritize and work to tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills, with good communication and attention to detail essential.
