Procurement Coordinator

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Procurement Coordinator for our client who is a leading software company. This position will be remote, full-time, and a short-term (3-month contract). What You’ll Do Support the Procurement Manager with vendor intake and purchase requests. Manage end-to-end procurement workflows and ensure timely approvals. Oversee vendor onboarding, collect documentation, and ensure compliance. Route and track contracts for signature and maintain organized records. Partner with Accounting to resolve invoice or PO issues and support month‑end accruals. Maintain procurement dashboards and alert teams on renewals or expirations. Handle additional projects or tasks as needed. What You Bring 3+ years of administrative or procurement experience, ideally in finance or operations. Experience in the B2B or Tech Business field. Strong coordination skills working with vendors and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or procurement tools a plus. Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail. Professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
