Responsibilities Oversee all administrative processes and management systems for clinical services. Promote and maintain a therapeutic environment conducive to high‑quality care. Develop and implement comprehensive clinical programs across inpatient, outpatient, and aftercare settings. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work or counseling. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential required. Minimum 5 years of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Strong preference for clinical management experience in multiple settings (inpatient, partial hospital, outpatient, and/or school‑based programming).
