PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PART TIME RIVER POINTE OF TRINITY HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION - TRINITY, TX River Pointe of Trinity Healthcare and Rehabilitation located in the Greater Huntsville, TX area, is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist to join our awesome in-house therapy team We are a post-acute care facility offering the amazing opportunity to practice with patients across the lifespan (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics) in a setting consisting of inpatient (short-term and long-term care) and outpatient. We are excited to announce that we have recently been awarded a grant to start our Rhythmic Abilities Care program, a quality improvement initiative focused on enhancing the lives of our residents with dementia. Contact Ashley Keenan at 737-303-6376 or askeenan@ensignservices.net to learn more/apply Duties: • Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards. • Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care. • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders. • Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications: • Physical Therapy license is required. • Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels.
