Network Infrastructure Transactions/Telecom Associate (Mid - Senior Level) Join to apply for the Network Infrastructure Transactions/Telecom Associate (Mid - Senior Level) role at Greenberg Traurig, LLP Greenberg Traurig is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate (ideally with 5–7 years of experience) to join our growing telecommunications practice. Our team advises leading domestic and international clients operating across the digital infrastructure ecosystem on a range of commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters. This is a location flexible position open to multiple office locations, with the primary team based in our DC office. In this role, you will engage directly with innovative companies shaping global connectivity. A typical day may include: Drafting and negotiating commercial infrastructure agreements—including terrestrial and subsea connectivity, and space-based services agreements. Advising clients on licensing for next-generation satellite and spectrum initiatives or other telecommunications services. Providing regulatory guidance on complex telecommunications, wireless, space, and submarine cable matters. Conducting due diligence and structuring commercial arrangements that bridge technology and policy. The ideal candidate will have significant commercial contracting and transactional experience, ideally within the telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or technology sectors, and strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage sophisticated agreements (experience or familiarity with telecommunications regulatory frameworks and related due diligence is a plus). The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is Washington D.C.: $325,000-$435,000 per yearLos Angeles: $280,000- $375,000New York City: $240,000-$440,000Sacramento: $285,000- $325,000San Diego: $240,000-385,000 Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
