A Vancouver, WA - based property management company is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. This position serves as the first point of contact for the organization, ensuring exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative duties.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

$21 per hour

Temp-To-Hire

Duties:
  • Answering phones & greeting walk-in visitors
  • Records management / filing
  • Insurance verification
  • Patient check-in
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • 2+ years of customer service in professional office environment
  • Property management / leasing agent experience preferred but not required
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook
  • Proactive, solution-driven
  • Skilled in clear communication
  • High school diploma or GED
