We\'re looking for individuals with a strong background in highline luxury brands, proven upselling abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Prepare accurate Repair Orders showing time, cost and labor estimates, verifying warranty and service contracts and reviewing with clients. Promote the sale of labor, parts and accessories by providing explanation of estimates and obtaining approval for work that is sold. Follow the progress of service repairs and provide customers with timely updates. Ensure high levels of customer service and retention by promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints. Take ownership of the customer\'s experience by completing extra tasks that contribute to leaving a positive impression at the dealership. Qualifications Required: A minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a Service Advisor. Prior highline luxury Service Advisor experience is highly preferred. Genesis/Hyundai/Kia experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record. Compensation The estimated annual earnings for this position are $35,152.00 - $150,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commission, overtime, etc. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions based on performance but will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Please note that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
