Paralegals start with a base pay of $90,000 and have the option of a 3-2 hybrid work schedule and are offered a robust package of benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, as well as company-provided short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a case load of 50-75 cases
- Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions
- Continually communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and courts
- Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens)
- Accurately maintain case management data in Needles (case management database)
- Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle collisions
- Proficient in preparing discovery responses
- Detail oriented with a focus on grammar and language arts
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation
- Trucking experience preferred
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (File Vine preferred)
Education Requirements:
- College degree or comparable paralegal certification and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, 5+ years experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Some overtime may be required in order to timely accomplish work demands.
