Job Summary:

Collaborate with the DevOps AWS Architect to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and refine DevOps methodologies.
Utilize expertise in AWS services and infrastructure, using Python and AWS CLI for managing networking and security.
Leverage tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CI/CD solutions, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Automate infrastructure deployments and configurations, incorporating security best practices and ensuring compliance in DevOps workflows.
Set up and manage monitoring and logging tools for centralized log management.
Apply performance optimization techniques and design scalable architectures.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders using strong interpersonal skills.
Align with the AWS Architect on strategies, participate in stakeholder interviews, and review documentation.
Assess and optimize CI/CD processes for on-premise and AWS environments, and develop scalable CI/CD solutions.
Enhance infrastructure automation and maintain consistent configurations across environments.
Identify opportunities for scalability, improve infrastructure and application performance, and ensure reliability.
Implement monitoring tools, integrate security scanning and performance testing into pipelines, and enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for production and staging access.
Conduct periodic access control reviews, analyze and improve existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and develop actionable recommendations.
Assist in creating a comprehensive improvement roadmap, define roles and responsibilities, establish checkpoints and monitoring mechanisms, and develop team communication materials.
Standardize CI/CD tools, increase automation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and regularly review and update disaster recovery plans.
