Luxury Brand Liaison Officer / Supervisor Position Title: Luxury Brand Liaison Officer / Supervisor Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Location: Huntington Station, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Luxury Brand Liaison Officer / Supervisor to support high-end retail operations at a premier shopping destination in Huntington Station, NY. This role serves as a shift supervisor while also acting as a dedicated liaison for luxury tenants on property. The ideal candidate will have a strong security background in retail environments and the ability to deliver white-glove service while maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Supervise assigned shifts and provide leadership and guidance to on-site security staff Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury retail tenants, ensuring their security needs are met Maintain a visible presence within luxury retail spaces to deter theft and ensure safety Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or tenant concerns Conduct patrols and ensure compliance with post orders and company standards Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury-brand expectations Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of prior retail security experience (required) Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Valid NYS Security Guard License (if applicable to assignment) Why Join Our Team: Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to work in a high-end retail environment Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and professional work culture
