A Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the development and execution of all marketing efforts across two companies to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing Manager should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. What You’ll Do:

• Copywriting
• Social Media administration (Facebook. LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok)
• Work with in-house technical specialists to produce marketing videos and photos
• Employee interaction media
• Produce merchandise for company swag
• Generate long term vision plans for marketing department
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Community outreach programs
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results/development, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks

Who You Are:

• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
• Well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
• Takes ownership, is creative, and an independent learner.
