Personal injury law firm seeks paralegal to assist with all aspects of claims and lawsuits, Including preparation of pleadings, interrogatory responses, scheduling depositions. Trial preparation. Significant client contact. Significant contact with physicians' offices and with insurance carriers. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

3-5 years experience with personal injury litigation as a legal secretary or paralegal
