The ability to own and understand data within a given domain is key to success.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications5 or more years of technical experience in managing data and ETL processesAdvanced experience with SQL development in an environment utilizing SQL server and Oracle databasesSignificant experience in the development and testing of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) projects using Microsoft Visual StudioUse of Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report dataExperience working with large, complex datasets within large organizationsProficiency in verbal and written communicationStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience with SQL Server administration and query performance tuningExperience with healthcare and prior authorization dataExperience managing data and pipelines in a Databricks environmentExperience with navigating change management processes in a large enterprise environmentExperience working with an enterprise scheduling system to manage job executionTravelWhile this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
