Required Qualifications / Skills Minimum 18+ or more years' experience, with 10 years supporting the DoD. Education: Master's degree Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent technical degree required Possess a comprehensive knowledge on best practices of SEAM and Capability Maturity Model Integration Familiarity with DoD acquisition process from either Government or prime development contractor Knowledge of agile acquisition required Expertise in Link-16, UHF CNR, USMTF, and COMSEC systems Knowledge of OMS architectures, AEHF/WGS waveforms, and tactical communications planning Experience contributing to Joint working groups and configuration control boards Responsibilities Craft, develop, implement & execute innovative system engineering practices, processes and produce exceptional technical products. Accurately articulate issues, questions, and recommendations to customers. Recommend improvements to systems engineering process to support mission more effectively. Perform data analysis and translate business strategy into long-term technical roadmaps. Reviews the feasibility of new existing project requirements.
