Per le proprie sedi italiane ricerca profili di Storage System Administrator con almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza su clienti enterprise per attività sfidanti (garantendo crescita professionale e tecnica). Il candidato/la candidata ideale, diplomato/a o laureato/a in materie tecniche, ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno tre anni in un ruolo analogo, seguendo sia aspetti tecnici sia gestionali. Siamo alla ricerca di risorse che abbiano maturato una solida e comprovata esperienza nella gestione, installazione, configurazione, monitoraggio, troubleshooting e gestione delle prestazioni di ambienti Storage. La risorsa si occuperà di: Configurare e amministrare storage e switch SAN di diversi vendor. Fornire supporto e disegnare l’architettura della soluzione storage in linea con le richieste di business. Lavorare in team e assicurarsi che le prestazioni e il livello di servizio sia mantenuto. Identificare e risolvere i problemi segnalati, o agire proattivamente nella ricerca di possibili miglioramenti. Investigare, identificare e documentare possibili miglioramenti di performance, capacity, gestione e resilienza. Partecipare a test, aggiornamenti e configurazioni dei sistemi. Gestire le operazioni di maintenance e supporto per ambienti SAN di livello enterprise. Collaborare con i membri del team per sviluppare e analizzare standard, procedure, soglie e suggerimenti per migliorare le performance dei sistemi. Tre o più anni di esperienza con sistemi storage e relative reti. Esperienza di amministrazione di uno o più storage, a livello enterprise, dei maggiori vendor (NetApp, Dell/Emc, HP, IBM, Hitachi, Huawei, etc.). Esperienza nell’utilizzo dei protocolli storage SAN (FC, FCoE, iSCSI) e NAS (CIFS, NFS, SMB). Esperienza con switch san dei principali vendor (Brocade/Broadcom, Cisco). Conoscenza dei sistemi operativi (Linux/Unix, Windows). Conoscenza dei sistemi di virtualizzazione (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM, etc.). Saranno considerati preferenziali candidate che abbiano le seguenti caratteristiche: Certificazioni in ambito storage (Netapp, Hitachi, etc.). Competenza in ambito cloud (AWS, Google, Azure, etc.). Competenza in ambito network. Sono richieste flessibilità, attitudine al team working e desiderio di apprendere e crescere professionalmente in un ambiente stimolante e dinamico. Completa il profilo la conoscenza della lingua inglese.
