You will be looked up to as a role-model for a culture of continuous improvement and mentorship while maintaining excellence across products you lead. The product engineering role is a hybrid of electrical engineering and project management which holds accountability for avionics hardware products across integrated product teams spanning electronics, software, mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and other disciplines.A successful Senior Product Engineer will drive development cycles of new products and sustaining products while reducing complexity and improving manufacturability, ensuring designs mature technical readiness levels. They will utilize their deep technical knowledge to see the bigger picture of avionics hardware and advocate for the success of the product.This position's internal job code is Product Review Engineer.
