TITLE: Senior Mechanical Assembler
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: Fairless Hills, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Onsite
SHIFT: 7-3:30 or 8-4, M-F

We are looking for a senior-level assembler who will be responsible for assembling automation equipment/systems utilizing engineering BOMs, blueprints, and schematics.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Put together complicated automation-style industrial machinery utilizing acceptable mechanical tools.
  • Able to understand and read engineering drawings and modifications.
  • Primarily mechanical assembly, some electrical connections as needed.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical tools used in the assembly process.
  • Inspects and tests completed products or sub-assemblies.
  • Aid machine operators as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have a high school education.
  • 5+ years of prior mechanical assembly experience in a similar setting.
  • Must be able to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to use measuring tools.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of pneumatics and electrical assemblies.
  • Forklift operation experience is ideal but not required.
