Director of Nursing – Bickford Senior Living Join our dynamic team as Director of Nursing, a clinical leader who supports clinical operations across our senior living communities. You will work closely with the Director to create a thriving, vibrant environment for our residents. Benefits Full-time employees eligible for medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits. Responsibilities Occasional mandatory travel for training and development. Work with caregivers to ensure Bickford’s culture and assisted living principles are integrated into all resident care. Develop and participate in the on‑call schedule to support after‑hours clinical needs. Maintain regulatory compliance. Communicate proactively with residents and families to enhance engagement. Oversee and manage medication administration to ensure accurate delivery per physician orders. Coordinate health care services with external providers and physicians. Manage partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality external care. Qualifications RN license. Willingness to pursue additional training or education as required by state regulations. CPR and First Aid certification required. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
