Join our leading general contractor client in Houston, Texas, specializing in high-value commercial Multifamily construction projects. We are seeking dedicated professionals to manage projects valued at $20M and above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects.
  • Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of jobsite safety and quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
