Base pay range $127,332.00/yr - $159,165.00/yr What You’ll Do You’ll be at the intersection of data science, strategy, and innovation — designing experiments and insights that move the business forward. Lead large‑scale test‑and‑learn initiatives — A/B tests, matched market tests, synthetic controls — that guide global pricing, promotions, and menu strategies. Apply advanced causal inference (DiD, panel regression, matching, synthetic control) to measure what truly drives performance and customer behavior. Quantify real‑world impact — measure incremental lift for new menu items, assess cannibalization, and evaluate long‑term brand effects. Turn data into strategy — uncover what drives loyalty, frequency, and digital adoption across millions of customers. Build tools that scale — create dashboards and analytical products that empower teams across markets to make faster, smarter decisions. Mentor a team of analysts, building a culture that blends analytical rigor with curiosity and creativity. Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of test‑and‑learn experiments, including A/B testing, matched market tests, and synthetic control methods. Apply causal inference frameworks (DiD, panel regression, propensity score matching, synthetic control, time series analysis) to quantify the impact of pricing, promotions, product launches, and operational changes. Lead the measurement of incremental lift for promotions and new menu items, accounting for cannibalization and long‑term effects. Work with customer‑level data to uncover insights on customer behavior, purchase patterns and loyalty drivers. Build analytical tools and dashboards to democratize insights and support faster decision‑making. Coach and mentor analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and business impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Relevant 5+ years of experience in applied analytics, preferably in QSR, CPG, or retail. Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands‑on experience in statistical modeling and machine learning. Demonstrated expertise in causal inference techniques (DiD, fixed effects models, matching methods). Experience with A/B testing design, execution, and interpretation. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with revenue growth management, pricing analytics, or marketing measurement. Experience with using clickstream data to understand digital customer journey. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Understanding of global markets and cultural nuances in consumer behavior.
