You’ll support preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and contribute to a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and componentsPerform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and installationsRead and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and electrical codesSupport mechanical team members and collaborate cross-functionallyOperate forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes as neededUse digital tools and systems to complete work orders and maintain recordsSupport environmental, safety, and quality proceduresWhat You’ll Need:High school diploma or GED (free GED program available)3+ years of experience in industrial electrician maintenanceStrong understanding of AC/DC theory, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and hydraulics/pneumaticsExperience with schematics, test instruments, and industrial safety protocolsAbility to work in environments with dirt, grease, heat, cold, and at heightsNice to Haves:Journeyman Certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experienceBackground in steel industry maintenanceWelding and light fabrication experienceFamiliarity with Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet-based industrial networksKnowledge of PID control loops and combustion systemsReady to power up your career?
