Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program with success Engage in team activities according to team standards Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties Negotiate offers for your clients Qualifications Hold a valid real estate license 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred) You have a natural drive and a competitive edge in sales. You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions. Familiar with prospecting, generating and nurturing leads You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
