Manufacturing Quality Supervisor Join to apply for the Manufacturing Quality Supervisor role at Assurant. Location: Mt. Juliet, TN (onsite). Schedule: Monday‑Thursday, 5 AM‑3:30 PM. Responsibilities Oversee daily quality operations: scheduling, task assignment, and workflow coordination. Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyze process flows and implement improvements. Prepare and review performance reports (e.g., Tableau, product flow metrics). Collaborate across teams and act as liaison with vendors and clients. Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Support staffing needs, interview candidates, and train team members. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred. 3+ years in a leadership role within high‑volume manufacturing or repair operations. 3+ years in a quality‑related role; ISO experience a plus. Strong MS Office skills and ability to interpret data reports. Proven ability to lead, coach, and engage teams. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment; may require multi‑shift coverage. Desired Skills Experience supervising 15+ associates. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or R2 certifications. Pay Range: $54,900.00 – $92,000.00. The posted range reflects a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
