As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ®. More about our teamThe Senior Analyst, LBS Technology Axiom Function Support is responsible for working closely with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications.  How you'll contributeA Senior Analyst, LBS Technology Axiom Function Support who excels in this role:Displays working knowledge in Axiom Module. Manage complex problems and work with other team members to ensure ticket resolution.Work closely with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applicationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challengesDevelop and execute test plans to ensure that the software applications meet defined functional requirementsProvide training and support to end-users on application functionalitiesCollaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgradesPrepare detailed functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Additional requirements include:5+ years of experience being part of a shared service organization.Oracle Certification, preferred.Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate simple functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives.Routine use of electronic mail and computer systems.
