Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, offering expert advice tailored to their unique needs. • Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with the most up-to-date property options. • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and exceed client expectations. • Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each home. • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented. • Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary paperwork and documentation for transactions. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one. • Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a focus on buyer representation. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients through phone, text, and email. • Proven track record of maintaining consistent communication and providing exceptional client service. • Familiarity with the Essex County, MA real estate market trends and neighborhoods. • Ability to gather and analyze client information to understand their real estate needs. • Experience coordinating with licensed agents to schedule consultations and property tours. • Strong organizational skills to support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed.
