USA Regional Sales Director – Attractions and Entertainment We are hiring a USA Regional Sales Director to accelerate our growth across the United States. This senior role is ideal for a driven sales leader with deep knowledge of the U.S. market across various market segments (FEC’s, LBE’s, Amusement Parks and more) and a strong track record of delivering sales. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals. Build strong relationships with key prospects, accounts, partners, and industry stakeholders. Experience selling complex standard and custom attractions to multiple stakeholders. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and strategic industry events. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and accelerate revenue across the U.S. Identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, and key customer segments. Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leadership decisions. Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy across the team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus). 8+ years of sales experience. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving market expansion. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent understanding of the U.S. sales landscape entertainment. Ability to travel frequently across the region (up to 50%).
