Overview Family Practice – Outpatient Only Timeframe: Summer/Fall 2023 Specialty Needed: Family Practice/Sports Medicine BC or BE, DO or MD Starting Salary: First year’s salary is guaranteed as well as full benefits. A productivity bonus plan is in year one and a full productivity plan in year two and beyond. Call Schedule Call is split weekly between existing MD and PA. Call rotation is every 3 weeks by phone only. Hospitalist team available to support the practice. Benefits Health Insurance for physician and family, malpractice insurance, $1,500 per year CME allowance, up to $7,500 in eligible relocation expenses and 20 paid days off plus holidays are covered. Employees are eligible to participate in 401k through Fidelity after 60 days of employment. Basic Life - $15,000 Basic AD&D - $15,000 Reduced Fee Schedule for Office Visits All providers and diagnostic services provided by FMC will be priced at 70% of the Current Medicare Allowable (Locality 99) fee schedule for HDHP Plan participants. When you utilize an FMC provider a lower annual deductible and lower copays for primary physician, specialist physician and urgent care visits as well as a lower employee coinsurance. This applies to both employees and dependents.
