This position plays a critical role in supporting the operational health of industrial control systems and ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable system operations.DutiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance operational health metrics and KPIs for industrial control systems.Analyze radar data, operational execution data, inventory data, and other datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements.Create predictive models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to support decision-making and operational strategies.Design real-time monitoring tools to track critical system metrics and proactively identify potential issues.Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives.Oversee data integration from multiple sources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and usability for analytics.Continuously evaluate and refine analytics processes, adapting to evolving technology and business needs.Prepare detailed reports and documentation of analytical findings and recommendations for leadership.Additional FunctionsOfficial documentation for technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Developer guides and tutorials from reputable sources like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry reports.Research publications providing insights into best practices for enterprise applications.Forums and groups offering troubleshooting support, programming insights, and professional advice.Best PracticesCode Quality :Regular peer code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.Utilize static analysis tools like SonarQube to detect potential issues.Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) :Use tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI for automated testing and deployment.Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.Project Management :Follow Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.Utilize tracking tools like JIRA and Trello for task management and progress tracking.Job RequirementsData Science and Statistical AnalysisSystem Performance MonitoringApplication Development and UI / UX DesignPredictive Analytics and Anomaly DetectionDatabase Administration (SQL, AWS, Azure, etc.)Data Engineering and ETL ProcessesMachine Learning and AI FrameworksAgile Development and Project ManagementEducation: Position requires a Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and system optimization.Security Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and education level.
