The team works with private equity investors throughout the deal transaction lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence and post-transaction value realization. We provide industry- and discipline-specific expertise to amplify our impact and shape our clients' futures. We seek experienced professionals interested in focusing on industries such as FinTech, Aerospace & Defense, and Education, serving private equity clients. Candidates should have: Professional experience or exposure to commercial due diligence in management consulting. Experience within or across industries in Private Equity. Knowledge of customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.). Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. An undergraduate or advanced degree from a reputable academic program. Initiative and eagerness to learn and apply new skills. Creativity and ability to generate innovative solutions. Aptitude for analytical work, such as analyzing large data sets and complex challenges.
