Career opportunities may be available to full-time employees. Objectives: The qualified candidate will be a self-motivated individual who will be a part of our retail sales team. He/she must demonstrate excellent customer service skills within our Home Design Center. This successful candidate will be effective in helping customers determine their needs and fulfilling them while maintaining a clean and organized showroom. This position will work cooperatively with management and other employees. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities: Greeting customers and taking customer phone calls Listening to the customer's needs and steering them towards the right products Maintaining an excellent sales floor Follow up with customer when necessary All employees are expected to be flexible and to do "whatever it takes" to help other co-workers and the company succeed Qualifications: Must be able to work a varied schedule that may include day, evening and weekend shifts 2+ years of sales experience Must maintain a high level of product knowledge Demonstrate effective selling techniques Ability to achieve sales goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Efficiency in multi-tasking Excellent follow-through skills Positive and professional attitude Responsible and reliable Motivated and hardworking Pleasant and engaging personality Strong customer focus High standard of honesty and integrity High school diploma or equivalent Salary: We offer competitive pay, based on your level of experience.
