HEAD OF AUTOMATIONS

Starting: ASAP Xperience is one of the fastest-growing travel & experiences companies in Poland. We serve thousands of customers across multiple cities and countries — and now we are entering our next chapter: AI-driven operational excellence. We are looking for a world-class Head of Automations & AI Execution — someone who will design, build and run the automation infrastructure that will allow us to scale from $1M → $10M+ ARR with a lean, high-performance team. This is NOT a “technical specialist.” This is the architect and commander of all our automation and AI operations. 🔥 You will be responsible for building and running our AI & automation engine: WHAT YOU WILL OWN You will be responsible for building and running our AI & automation engine: 1. Automations (n8n / Make / Zapier / API integrations) Designing end-to-end automations for booking, customer support, availability, suppliers, payments, CRM, and operations Turning manual processes into automated workflows Creating stable, scalable, documented systems 2. AI Agents (email, chat, voice) Building and deploying agents that communicate with customers & suppliers Training agents on our data and processes Monitoring accuracy, performance, failures 3. AI Execution Team Recruiting and managing developers & automation specialists (Lovable, n8n, AI builders) Overseeing sprint planning, task assignment, QA, performance Ensuring projects are delivered fast, reliably, and without your CEO being involved 4. AI OS (internal operating engine) Designing the company’s internal “AI operating system” Blueprint for future cities, products, and expansions A system that replaces multiple human roles with automation layers 5. Speed & Delivery This role is for someone who loves: Shipping fast Solving problems Testing, iterating, improving Making things work yesterday Automating the shit out of anything repetitive YOUR KPIs % of manual work eliminated Automations uptime & reliability Number of successfully launched agents Reduction in operational cost Speed of delivery Time-to-production for new automations Ability to scale operations without hiring ABOUT YOU You’re NOT a typical employee. You are a builder. A problem-solver. A doer.
